Therapy gives you space that’s just for you — to process the mental load, release mom guilt, and rediscover joy amid the chaos. Together, we’ll work toward shifting from constant exhaustion to genuine enjoyment.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a structured approach that helps your brain naturally heal from trauma. Using gentle bilateral stimulation while focusing on specific memories, EMDR helps reduce distress, ease anxiety or shame, and integrate past experiences in a healthy way. It’s a great option if you’re struggling with trauma, depression, low self-esteem, or distorted eating.

Therapy, but on the move! We’ll meet at a local trail and talk while we walk — a great fit if you feel stuck, anxious, or postpartum (babies welcome!). Sometimes movement helps thoughts flow more freely and brings a fresh sense of clarity and calm.

Designed for expecting mamas, this session helps you prepare emotionally, mentally, and practically for postpartum life. We’ll create a care plan that supports your rest, communication with your partner and community, feeding choices, and overall wellbeing — because while you can’t control everything, you can set yourself up to be cared for, too.

Our first session is a chance to get to know one another. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, explore your history, and identify the goals you hope to work toward. I’ll guide the conversation with thoughtful questions—there’s never any pressure to share more than you’re ready for. Together, we’ll establish your therapy goals and create a schedule that fits your needs.

The initial session is 75 minutes, and follow-up sessions are 50 minutes. Extended 90-minute sessions are available for EMDR or when extra time would be beneficial.

Absolutely! I completely understand that freshly postpartum moms may need their babies close by. Babies are always welcome, and Walk-and-Talk Therapy is a great option for moms with little ones in tow.
