Supporting Women. Restoring Hearts.
I support women navigating life and motherhood—providing practical tools, heartfelt guidance, and a safe space to be understood.
Hi, I’m Morgan
I live for my pajamas and slippers. You can usually find me reading a good book, and I have to end every evening with something sweet.
I’m a wife and a mom, and I get it—life can feel like a lot. The mental load, the mom guilt, the anxiety, the moments that knock the wind out of you—it’s easy to lose yourself in the chaos.
I’ve been there too. I’ve wrestled with anxiety and walked through seasons that felt too heavy to carry. But my relationship with Christ has been my anchor, reminding me that peace and joy are still possible, even in the hard times.
From early recovery as a teenager to grieving the loss of our first baby, I’ve seen how pain can change us. But I’ve also seen how God brings beauty from what’s broken. That’s why I started Poppy Women’s Counseling—to create a space where women feel seen, supported, and equipped to heal.
Here, therapy isn’t stiff or clinical—it’s real talk, grace, and practical tools that help life feel lighter. Together, we’ll unpack the guilt, rest in what’s true, and help you rediscover the peace and confidence you’ve been missing.

The Story Behind Poppy
I’VE KNOWN SINCE HIGH SCHOOL I WANTED TO BE A THERAPIST.
At seventeen, in recovery from an eating disorder, I felt God tugging on my heart—calling me to walk with others through their own hard places.
That calling has only deepened over time. In 2022, my husband and I lost our first baby to miscarriage, and life as I knew it shifted. Grief changed me. It softened me, grounded me, and opened my eyes to how deeply we all long to be seen in our pain. Through it all, I’ve been reminded, just as Psalm 121 says, that “my help comes from the Lord, who made heaven and earth.” God weaves beauty out of brokenness.
When I searched for a way to honor our baby, I found a necklace with an August birth flower—a poppy. It became a symbol of both remembrance and resilience. That’s how Poppy Women’s Counseling was born—a space for women to feel safe, known, and gently guided back to themselves.
Now, I help women carry what feels too heavy—mom guilt, anxiety, loss, or simply the weight of being everything to everyone. Together, we make sense of the mess and rediscover joy—one honest, grace-filled conversation at a time.
